A QR printed too small or damaged forces manual intervention at the sorting and intake steps. As label sets grow, printing one at a time is both slower and more likely to break the sequence.

SETS regenerates the QR value of every record in the ZIP, scales it for better legibility and places the sub-code close to the label. A true preview of the label is shown before printing; the queue is sent to the Bluetooth printer in order.
