Where does labelling break down in manufacturing?
When a batch changes, a new label set is needed, and that set is usually prepared in the office and carried to the line. When labels are printed one by one, the sequence is lost, an interrupted print run has to be set up from scratch, and there is no record of which label was printed on which shift. A code that comes out illegible makes matching harder in later shipping and reporting steps.
Approach
Bulk printing at the line
The ZIP file containing the batch labels is selected once in the mobile app and the print job is queued. The queue is sent to the Bluetooth printer in order; pause, resume and cancel control stays with the operator. The user, device, location and time of every printed label is recorded in the central panel.

How does bulk barcode printing work on a production line?
The ZIP file containing the batch labels is selected once in the mobile app. The app reads the barcodes inside it, builds a print queue and sends that queue to the Bluetooth printer in order. You do not need to open and print labels one at a time.
What happens to an interrupted print run at shift change?
The print queue can be paused and resumed from where it stopped. If there is an interruption, the queue's position is preserved; the next shift does not have to set the same job up again.
Can I see which label was printed and when?
Completed transactions are recorded in the web panel with user, device, location and timestamp. The physical label at the line and the record at the centre stay on the same trail.
