Print hundreds of case and pallet labels in a single queue before shipment; monitor completed and remaining counts from one screen.
Challenge
Label volumes are high during shipment preparation, and printing happens under time pressure. When labels are printed one by one, there is no way to track how many are done and how many remain. When the progress of teams working at different locations is not visible from the centre, the gap between completed work and the record only surfaces at the end of the day.
Approach
The ZIP containing the shipment labels is taken in one go and printed as a queue. The number of labels used and remaining stays on screen throughout the run. Field staff only see the locations assigned to them; completed jobs sync to the centre with coordinates and timestamps.
